Based on the size and complexity of the project, we provide construction and project management services.
In cooperation with all the engineering & legal team we direct and coordinate all the resources through out the life of a project to achieve cost and quality effectiveness for the benefit of the project owner.
Construction & Project Management includes
- Coordination of Engineering Team for final studies/ permits and BOQ/ Tender books
- Budget preparation
- Sub-contractors evaluation and preparation of legal documents (contracting)
- Supervision and coordination of sub-contractors to ensure quantitative and qualitative results
- Handling all public service procedures in collaboration with the project owner
- Provisional and Final acceptance of the project
